We'll use zoom to connect each week, progressing through stages of pregnancy, nutrition, labor, birth, and postpartum. Our goal? To be sure you feel confident going into your labor and delivery. We'll tackle advocacy and how to speak up if you need to. We will make sure you feel comfortable in the decisions you might be faced with. We want to empower you to have the birth you crave and the birth you deserve. Let's do this!
